We stopped along the way at a B&B owned by a lovely lady named Cecile. She is 82 and an award winning chef. She represented the French People in Mexico in her youth as a chef and has the plaques and awards on the wall to prove it. She has cancer and got teary eyed talking about what was going to happen to her B&B after she is gone. She was a great host. Oh LALA!
